Succinct patches SP1 bug that could let invalid proofs pass in native Rust verification, onchain Solidity verifiers unaffected

SP1 is a zero-knowledge proof system used by Ethereum rollups, and the flaw could have let a bad proof be accepted in versions 6.0.0 to 6.8.0 when checked with Rust code, though onchain Solidity verification was not affected.
