Lido adds two layers of loss protection to EarnETH and EarnUSD vaults: Firelight first, then the Lido DAO's own cover

Depositors in Lido's Earn vaults now have two layers of cover against losses, with an outside insurer paying first and the Lido DAO's own protection behind it.
